About

Erin C. Day is an artist and educator with experience teaching Art to students of all ages from Preschool through Geriatrics.
She received her BFA in Art Education from UNCG with a minor in Psychology and a concentration in ceramics. Being an Art Educator keeps her open to all mediums. She works in oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, ink, basketry, ceramics, etc. - whatever the mood is of the day.
Erin is not an Art Therapist but is currently pursuing a master's degree in Counseling and has completed an Art Therapy Practitioner certification program to
advocate for the arts because she believes they are a gift to us from our Creator. She understands the necessity of beauty in order to live healthy, full lives. The arts are for everyone- an avenue to understanding ourselves and our world more deeply.
